About
I'm Talip Göksu. I'm a software engineer and team lead, based in Germany.
I'm a software engineer and team lead. I work across mobile, web, and backend, and I spend most of my time leading teams, making architecture calls, and building tools so other developers can move faster. Or complain less.
I like systems that are clear more than clever. Good architecture, tests that actually catch bugs, calm processes, and code that doesn't pretend to be simpler than it is. I want software that lasts and is honest about its trade-offs.
This blog is mostly me thinking out loud. Engineering, leadership, product ideas, AI-assisted development, discipline — the small decisions that end up mattering more than the big announcements.
You'll find notes here, not hot takes. What I'm learning, what I'm building, and things I probably should have written down earlier.
